Emberhouse Media Group was founded by Forrest McBride and a longtime creative collaborator. The two first met as teenagers and have been making films together ever since, eventually turning that shared passion into a production company focused on cinematic storytelling.
Our roots are in filmmaking.
That early friendship became a creative partnership while working at a movie theater. Both later studied film and fine arts at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before beginning their careers on professional film and television productions throughout Louisiana.
Working alongside experienced crews on major productions shaped the way we approach our work today: preparation matters, every department matters, and every creative decision should serve the story.
Emberhouse grew from that foundation with a simple idea:
Bring the craft and intentionality of filmmaking to the stories businesses need to tell.

We don't believe cinematic means complicated for the sake of being complicated.
It means being intentional.
Understanding the audience before choosing the shot. Knowing what the story needs before the cameras roll. Building a production around the business objective rather than forcing every project into the same template.
Our background spans film production, corporate communications, branded content, cinematography, photography, editing, and color finishing. That combination allows us to think about both sides of the equation: what makes something beautiful and what makes it useful.
