The Emberhouse Approach

GREAT FILMS.
NO GUESSWORK.

Exceptional filmmaking deserves an equally thoughtful process. From the first conversation to the final frame, we bring clarity, intention, and craftsmanship to every production.

Start Your Project
Built on Trust

THE STORY MATTERS.
SO DOES HOW
WE GET THERE.

Hiring a production company is an investment in your brand, your message, and the people who represent it.

At Emberhouse, we believe confidence comes from more than what you see on screen. It comes from knowing there's a plan, understanding what to expect, and having a creative partner who respects your time and your investment.

From Concept to Completion

FIVE STAGES.
ONE SHARED VISION.

Every project is different. Our approach adapts to the story while keeping the path forward clear.

01 / 05

DISCOVERY

We start by listening. We learn about your audience, objectives, challenges, and what success looks like. Together, we identify the story worth telling and the right approach to tell it.

02 / 05

PRE-PRODUCTION

The creative vision becomes an actionable plan. Depending on the project, this may include treatments, scripting, storyboards, crew planning, locations, scheduling, and a defined production scope.

03 / 05

PRODUCTION

This is where preparation meets execution. We assemble the crew and resources the project requires, directing our attention toward capturing the moments, performances, and imagery that move your story forward.

04 / 05

POST-PRODUCTION

The film takes shape through editing, sound, color, and any agreed motion graphics or visual effects. Structured review stages give your team opportunities to provide feedback within the project's revision scope.

05 / 05

DELIVERY

We prepare the approved film for its intended destinations, with formats and deliverables established in the project agreement. The result is a finished story ready to be seen.

The Emberhouse Standard

CREATIVE FREEDOM.
PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE.

Great creative work should never require uncertainty about the fundamentals.

THE FOUNDATION / 01

A DEFINED SCOPE

Before production begins, we establish the agreed deliverables, production requirements, budget, and project expectations in writing.

THE RELATIONSHIP / 02

CLEAR COMMUNICATION

You'll know who to contact, what stage your project is in, and when your input is needed. We believe good communication is part of good filmmaking.

THE CREATIVE / 03

STRUCTURED FEEDBACK

Review milestones and revision allowances are outlined in your agreement, so creative collaboration stays productive and expectations remain aligned.

THE FINISH / 04

THOUGHTFUL DELIVERY

We establish the intended outputs and delivery requirements during planning, so every final asset has a clear purpose and destination.

Your Investment, Respected

NO MYSTERY.
NO UNNECESSARY COMPLEXITY.

Every production has different needs. Instead of forcing your project into a one-size-fits-all package, we build an approach around the story, the scope, and the resources required to execute it.

Your proposal defines what's included, how the project is structured, and the terms that guide our work together. If the scope needs to evolve, those changes are discussed and agreed upon before additional work proceeds.

The Next Chapter Starts Here

YOUR STORY.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

The best productions begin with a conversation. Tell us what you're imagining, and let's explore what it takes to bring it to life.

BEFORE WE ROLL

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

A few things worth knowing before we bring your story to life.

01 How much is required to get started?

Every production begins with a clear proposal outlining the investment, payment schedule, and deliverables. A deposit is typically required to secure your production, with specific payment milestones established before work begins.

02 How long does a typical production take?

Timelines depend on the complexity of your project, production requirements, and the amount of post-production involved. We'll establish a realistic schedule during pre-production, including important milestones, review periods, and delivery expectations.

03 How many revisions are included?

Your proposal will define the included revision rounds and review process. We use structured feedback to keep everyone aligned and the creative vision intact. If additional revisions are needed beyond the agreed scope, we'll discuss them with you before any additional charges are incurred.

04 What if our project changes direction?

Creative projects evolve, and we understand that priorities sometimes change. If new deliverables, additional filming, or significant creative changes affect your project, we'll outline the impact on budget and timeline before moving forward. No unexpected additions to your investment.

05 Who owns the finished video?

Usage rights, licensing, and ownership are clearly defined in your production agreement. We'll make sure you understand how your finished content can be used, including any applicable third-party music, footage, or asset licensing.

06 What happens to our footage after delivery?

Your production agreement outlines how footage and project files are handled after delivery, including the applicable retention period. If you need longer-term storage or a transfer of production materials, we can discuss available options before your project wraps.
